Chiswick Mall, the most easterly part of the Chiswick river front, is a road lined with elegant and expensive houses and offices which overlook the Thames, ranging in style from Georgian to Gingerbread. Residents have to cross the road, braving cyclists and joggers, to get to their riverside gardens.
