In the May 2005 edition of "The English Home" magazine there is a special feature on five London villages - Chiswick, Dulwich, Victoria Park, Hampstead, and Walthamstow. Chiswick comes first, of course.

The strip of six pictures across the bottom of the double page spread that begins the feature are all Virtual Chiswick photos. These concentrate on the gorgeous Chiswick river front, particularly along Strand on the Green.

The magazine says: "With our renewed craving for authenticity and our refusal to compromise on quality of life, London's villages are beginning to show their colours as the true jewels in the capital's crown."
